Well I consider myself very positive and happy, the kind of person you like to have around! I am originally from Spain, I have lived abroad in different countries as UK, Ireland and NZ for more than 15 years where I worked for different American companies as Apple or RCi where I was a new hires coach and trainer so I have a huge experience dealing with new learners. I also studied Human Resources in Ireland and this gave me a lot more tools to get to motivate and understand people and working and studding behaviours.
