I have been teaching Spanish for many years, and one important thing I can say about me is that I love my work, I really enjoy it. I like being outside, with my friends, at the park, in bars, discovering the world and even secret places of Spain.
Soy profesor de español desde hace muchos años, y una cosa importante que puedo decir es: que me encanta mi trabajo, realmente lo disfruto. Me gusta mucho estar fuera de casa, con mis amigos, en los bares, recorriendo el mundo e incluso lugares secretos de España.
Like I said: I really like to talk, and of course, making you talk, and don’t worry, I have the ability to make it happens. My main idea is that you enjoy classes, that you relate Spanish to something fun, and I really mean it: I’m such a clown. I need my student to be relaxed, to trust me, to open up, express himself, and learn enjoying.
Como he dicho: me gusta mucho hablar, y por supuesto, que hables, y descuida, que tengo la capacidad para hacerte hablar. Mi idea principal es que disfrutes las clases, que relaciones el español con algo divertido, y lo digo de verdad: soy muy payaso. Necesito que mi alumno esté relajado, confíe en mí, para que se abra, se exprese, y aprenda disfrutando.
First I like to check your level, and once I´ve done this: advance, as well as review everything that considering your level you should know, help you to perfect it. I like to always start with the scary grammar, and then practice it: with exercises, talking, games, videos, etc. Everything you may need to assimilate the information.
Primero me gusta comprobar el nivel, y una vez hecho esto: avanzar, así como repasar todo aquello que teniendo en cuenta tu nivel deberías saber, ayudarte a perfeccionarlo. Me gusta empezar siempre con la gramática, que asusta, y luego practicarla: con ejercicios, hablando, juegos, vídeos, etc. Todo lo que puedas necesitar para asimilar la información.
