Qualified Teacher of Spanish as a Foreign Language/Profesor titulado de español para extranjeros ONLINE

With a wealth of experience teaching Spanish abroad -in the last decade in the UK- my passion is to empower individuals in their communication abilities and in their motivation for self-study as well as for effectively engaging with a new culture. I hold a Masters degree in Teaching Spanish Language and Literature to Secondary School students and a postgraduate course in Teaching Spanish as a Foreign Language. I am fluent in English, French, Portuguese I am also qualified as a Sign Language Interpreter for the Deaf and the Deafblind (in CSL, SL and ISS), I have some basic knowledge of Chinese (HSK1). In addition, I hold a degree in Journalism and a Masters degree in Environmental Sciences, Technology and Society. My classes are dynamic and tailor-made depending on individual goals and objectives (I taught Spanish to a wide range of professionals from engineers to artists and business people). I have taught Spanish at all levels and I have prepared students to pass their DELF certification exams, using text books and traditional methods and specific grammar books of Spanish as a foreign language. I conduct the lessons online via Skype.


Periodista con titulación de profesor de lengua y literatura española, y con titulación de profesor de español como lengua extranjera. Tengo una larga experiencia enseñando a alumnos de todo el mundo. Hablo inglés, francés, portugués y algo de chino, por lo que puedo entender algunas dificultades en estudiantes que tienen como lengua materna estas lenguas. También he tenido muchos alumnos y alumnas de países nórdicos y de habla árabe. Mi dilatada experiencia en comunicación corporativa y académica hace que me pueda adaptar las clases a español académica y de negocios. Además, preparo para los exámenes DELE (con los nuevos formatos de 2020). Doy clases por Skype, y manejo portales de actividades online.
