Hello! I’m currently a grad student pursuing Hotel and Tourism Management. With almost 5 years of experience as a customer service representative for American and British companies, I’ve developed strong English communication skills while working with native people from diverse cultures. Additionally, I’ve been working as a part-time English teacher—both online and offline—since 2013 mostly at Japanese companies.

I’m originally from the Philippines and have lived in Japan for a total of 5 years, so I’ve experienced firsthand the challenges of learning a foreign language. I know how frustrating it can be, but as both a language learner and a tutor, I have the confidence and understanding to help you through those tough moments while making the process more enjoyable!
