The client receives:
- notes (partial transcript) of the conversations we have during classes
- individually tailored exercises and materials for the student's needs
- recommendations and optional exercises for practising English in own time
- feedback and evaluation, and self-assessment - including levels of confidence
- regular evaluation of goals.

About me:
My name is Anna and I have 9 years solid experience as technical/business translator and tutor of English language. I spent 15 years of my life living and working in England, in both public and private sector, mostly in office environment. I have a Master degree in Applied Linguistics for Language Teaching from the University of Southampton and I am also a graduate of Southampton Solent University, BA Hons Media Writing. My other qualifications include English City & Guilds Level 3 and CAE.

I have successfully:
-taught students who passed their exams and progressed to the next stage of their education,
-coached professionals who improved their client relationships at work thanks to better communication and customer service,
-worked with job seekers, who found jobs also thanks to improved English skills.

The classes last 60 minutes, but I do not stop in the middle of explanation, so I recommend to reserve extra 10 minutes every time, if needed.
