Alba Noguera

My name is Alba, I'm from Palma de Mallorca, and I've been living in Amsterdam for a few years now. I am a philosopher and a writer, passionate about music, culture, and arts. In my free time, I love sitting with a good book and drinking some coffee, as well as going for a picnic in the park.

I offer you the possibility to learn Spanish in a way that's different than going to a language school. We will learn grammar and we will practice tons of writing, yes, but we will especially focus on conversational skills and comprehension. I will listen to your specific objectives and needs, and we will tailor the lessons to what is most convenient.

In my classes, I like to combine dynamic speaking exercises (to practice vocabulary and conversational skills) with a short reading and writing tasks. I might give you some homework - usually watching a movie in Spanish, or listening to some podcast of your interest. You will see how learning (or getting better at) Spanish can be fun and exciting! And, don't worry, we will adapt to your own learning pace.

I have over eight years of experience teaching Spanish to foreign students of all levels. I have taught complete beginners, but I have also helped students prepare for official exams (levels A1-C1). I provide my own materials to the classes, and I adapt them to your personal interests.
