Allena Devereux

My name is Albena Devereux and I believe that I am a suitable applicant for your
job. I am originally from Bulgaria, however in the past 25 years I had been living
and working in Johannesburg South Africa, where I have recently relocated to
Spain.
I have a Diploma from the Special School of Fine Art and Ceramics, which
included the subjects Pedagogy and Children's Psychology, where I am qualified to
teach age groups 3 to 6 years old. With my qualification I was able to work as an
art teacher including an extra mural arts and crafts teacher for 17 years.
I used to run and own a very successful private teaching business which involved
many kindergartens and elementary schools around Johannesburg. For the
past 12 years I had worked at the International French School - Lycee Jules Verne
as an extra mural arts and crafts teacher at both campuses- Johannesburg and
Pretoria. I was further appointed the job as a substitute art teacher at the
International German school, and was also employed at Concord College as a full
time art teacher, where I received great fulfilment in doing so.
Altogether, I believe that I have great experience in the field and I am eager to
continue to change the lives of many more children. I truly love what I do and I am
confident that I have what it takes for your position.
