The methodology depends on the needs of the individual students, if done as private individual classes. There are students who need help with school homework. Some need grammar and conjugation lessons. There are those who need help on business English in the work place. Some just simply need practice English conversation classes. The teacher adapts to the needs of the student.

In the case of academies, the teaching methodology would depend on the method the academy uses. Some use the Cambridge method, others the Oxford approach. There are some that have developed their own method. The teacher uses the methodology and curriculum of the academy.

But over-all, I use the dynamics of empowerment where the student is given the chance to discover his/her talents to develop an ability to communicate in English. The approach uses a lot of encouragement, confidence building, and practical solutions. The end goal is for the student to be abe to communicate. That is always the ultimate objective.
