Azalia has been always eager to develop and improve her skills as a teacher with children. I met her when she was my student while teaching English in a language school and I was puzzled by her skills, her organization and her ability to challenge herself in order to improve in all the fields in which she studied and was curious about.
When she started working for me as a teacher with children between the ages of 3 and 9 years old, her tenderness, willingness to learn how to engage and make children learn was astonishing and surprising to all the members of the staff. Her skills to create a bond with the students and make them learn is excellent in every possible way. She knows how to manage classes, students with any need or difficulty and how to organise herself to make the classes enjoyable for them. Her ability to connect with her students and her talent at teaching simple concepts, as well as more advanced topics, are both truly superior. She also has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
