Adriana is one of the best teachers I’ve ever had, she’s been super helpful from the very first moment! I needed to learn Spanish for work and she looked up the brand I work for, she sent me a lot of teaching material about it and every week I get lots of videos and stuff to practice on. The videos are always relevant and interesting, she also recommend me podcasts and tv series to see in Spanish. Adriana is very professional but also empathetic, it's always a pleasure having lessons with her and the hours fly by. I highly recommend her, you can see that she puts passion into teaching and above all, before starting with the lessons, she cares to understand how you want to learn Spanish, what your starting level is, or if you have any specific requests; you can be sure that she will do everything to teach you in the best way!

I have studied Español with Adriana nearly 1 year. When we have started I had a level less than A2. And now I guess I have strong B2. I can write, speak, explain my thought very well. We paid a lot of attention to gramatica, different construction, words and their meaning. But the most interesting part is always - communication. Adriana prepared podcasts, videos, articles, so the content was very actual and interesting. It was cool not only to learn language, but also new things.

This 5-day intensive Spanish course with Adriana has truly been amazing. We visited interesting places, such as a monastery or the Tibidabo Church, but also went biking around the city and spent time in cafes, where I could taste local specialities. I would highly recommend anyone thinking of getting better at Spanish to take classes with Adriana, because in addition to doing “traditional” grammar and exercises, you’ll be able to use what you’ve learned in a real context (asking for a cafe in a restaurant, talking to locals in the streets because you’re curious about something, asking a vendor how much a shirt costs…). In addition to this, Adriana is a very nice and interesting person with whom I could have nice conversations, even with my imperfect Spanish. To conclude, don’t hesitate. You’ll learn many things and have lots of fun!

I started Spanish with Adriana three weeks ago and I love every lesson. She is always very kind and polite, has a lot of energy (although my lessons start at eight in the morning). She teaches with her own method, very-very efficient, every minute is fully used and already after three weeks I understand simple sentences. It really took me some time to find a proper teacher for my special language needs, due to the fact that I'm writing my PhD in spanish and have already an high level, but needed someone who could push me in my academic writing skills. The course with Adriana was very nice :) . We always learned and laughed. She used learning books, shared documents, note function, some small homework's or political latest articles to learn spanish. The focus with me was speaking and practise grammar, but if there´s a next time and the bases are settled, they could be more pronunciation practise. She really helped me to sort the words in my head with recognizing my disorganisation and giving some practical advises for my daily practise. And I felt very comfort of sharing personal information to her. Adriana´s memory is incredible, she remembered almost every information during courses. I really recommend a course with her and it really helped that she speaks german and english (and more), so it was easier to translate words, but if it wasn´t possible, she explained, so that there´s more of a brain connection and kind of definition for me. I felt that my progress was in the focus. Thanks for beeing on my spanish journey :) :)

I have been taking language classes in a group academy setting for the last several months. While I have learned a lot and appreciate the efforts of my teachers, I've not really progressed in my use of the language in conversation. Adriana's classes have been perfect for getting me outside of my comfort zone, and learning more about the natural flow of conversation- in addition to grammar and pronunciation practice, our sessions offer more context for use in speaking in every day life situations. If you find yourself in the never-ending intermediate limbo...I highly recommend giving Adriana's classes a chance and committing to 10 sessions so you can really take advantage of her style of teaching. She is direct, patient, encouraging, and very challenging. She will push you and gently guide you all at the same time.

I started my classes with Adriana about a month ago. She is a very open-minded person, with a lot of energy to share during the classes and this made the entire process easy going and fun. She adapts her teaching methods based on the learning pattern of the student (visual, hearing, talking etc) so it is quite a personalized approach in the end. Her vocabulary is fantastic, and she always gives multiple examples of phrasing for every situation. In addition to this, she is very understanding with the student's needs and thus she can adapt her schedule accordingly. I recommend her services to anyone who wants to dive quickly into the conversational realm of the Spanish language - it will prove to be a value-adding choice!

Adriana is an incredible Spanish teacher and person! She has a wonderful energetic personality and she is passionate about the Spanish language, which makes me feel very comfortable when we talk. Adriana is very good at adapting to how you learn as an individual! When teaching she has a good balance between theory/practice/writing/speaking. I tried learning Spanish with different academies for a long time and got frustrated in the end. After a little more than a month of classes with Adriana (3 hours per week) I have progressed much more than at the academies! I can't praise her enough!

We took an intensive classes for 10 days with Adriana. Adriana was an enthousiastic teacher who makes us feel comfortable. We were very beginner but she managed to teach only in spanish, which was really positive. Her teaching was well balanced between grammar, speaking, and listing. My experience so far has been great after attending 10 hours of Adriana’s classes. I find her method of teaching effective since she teaches both everyday (colloquial) and formal Spanish as well as grammar. The classes are curated to what I would like to learn but she also makes sure to structure it in grammar lessons as well. Adriana is a great teacher. She has a very good way of evaluating your level of Spanish and the classes are very effective and fun at the same time. I got my first lesson on the next day and she is very flexible with the times for the classes too. She exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended. Adriana ist eine hervorragende Lehrerin. Adriana sabe hablar de cualquier cosa y comparte muchos consejos sobre la lingua española y sobre la vida, dónde encontrar col rizada, o cuál es lo mejor café, o donde están los mejores lugares para irse. Además de una energía increíble, ella se adapta a la forma en que cada uno aprende y es una referencia en la gramática. Ella es un gran incentivo para los pequeños pasos que damos cada día. Me siento agradecida por todo esto.

What an amazing week. In only a few days, Adriana managed, while at the same time making me discover the wonderful city of Barcelona, to get my Spanish to a level where I could interact with people on the street. The class is very dynamic and interactive : in a matter of days, you will be used to the Spanish syntax, start making longer, more complex sentences while acquiring a solid base of vocabulary. The rare case when you find exactly the teacher you were looking for! For 4 years of living in Barcelona, ??I gained an intermediate level of Spanish. Many times I was taking different courses at local language schools, but lately, I realized that I stopped progressing. It became clear to me that it was time to change the method. I thought up in my head the image of an ideal teacher and the format of private classes and luckily, I found them! We meet with Adriana for a coffee twice a week and discuss newspaper articles, books, life values, and practice job interviews. Adriana is a very bright, many-sided and charismatic person and this is what she reflects at her classes.

Great freeform classes, Adriana helps identify and work on our areas of weakness. She has a good understanding on the differences between the types of Spanish and points out useful colloquial phrases. Often we´ll read through passages or do exercises together, focussing on grammar or difficult vocab. Could perhaps have some more speaking exercises though. Great, energetic teacher and every lesson´s never the same so it never really feels like your at school :)

I have been doing classes with Adriana for almost 2 months and she is amazing as a teacher. She knows exactly the approach to help you gain the level of Spanish you are aiming for as fast as you want. She uses a lot of different techniques, so the classes never get boring. For me it is also important to see the results and already in 2 months all my friends have noticed that my Spanish got better and I became more confident to use it. I’m so glad I chose Adriana as my teacher, as there couldn’t have been a better person to understand my needs. She also gives yoga classes, so if you are lucky enough you can secure a place for a yoga class as well.

He tomado 10 clases con Adriana, nivel avanzado, para mejorar mi conversación y me ha ayudado muchísimo. Aprendí mejor el subjuntivo y siento que tengo ahora más fluidez. Adriana es muy profesional, toma tiempo para escuchar, analizar y corregir los errores. Siempre trabajamos con temas diferentes de conversación. No te aburres nunca y su forma de enseñar más bien te anima para seguir estudiando español.

Adriana has sido mi profesora de español avanzado dando clases de grupo en mi empresa. Has sido un placer tenerla cómo profesora. Ella genera un ambiente que hace disfrutar de aprender el idioma, elige artículos interesantes para leer, y proporciona ejercicios útiles para mejorar la gramática tanto cómo la conversación. Adriana's classes are really useful and fun as well. She tailors the level and contents of the classes to your level. I've done some classes with her in order to prepare the DELE C1 certificates, during our classes we focused on: speaking, pronunciation and she also corrected my written texts. Really recommended.
