Dear Sir/ Ma’am,
It gives me immense pleasure to write this cover letter to apply for English teacher position at your institution.
My name is Chetan Talwar, I am a Native English Speaker and I am originally from India. I hold CEFR C1 level of English certification conducted by British council. I have more than 200 hours of teaching experience. I currently stay in Barcelona and I am studying masters in Economics and Business administration at the Universitat Autonoma De Barcelona in September, 2018.
I have worked as an English General Knowledge teacher in the Government schools in New Delhi, India. My job responsibilities during that time were as follows:-
• Conducting workshops on general knowledge for elementary classrooms (government schools).
• Managing 5 classrooms with 35 students.
• Conducting 2-3 classes per week.
• Conducting interactive question based learning
• Generating curiosity and awareness in young minds by organizing activity based learning.

During my time as a teacher I was able to instil the concepts into the young minds. I used many examples to easily explain difficult concepts. The method of question based learning helped me achieve success as a teacher.
Keeping in mind the above skills and experiences, I am now highly motivated to offer my services as a teacher to your institute. I am highly passionate about teaching and it has been a vital part of my life.
