Graphic Design/ Visual Communications

I've been working in the design field for seven years. Three of those years were spent studying Visual Communications at the National College of Art and Design in Dublin, and I also had the opportunity to spend a year at the University of Fine Arts in Rome. In addition, I've been working as a designer in New York, Dublin, and Barcelona for the past four years.

After my studies, I interned in New York for 2 beauty companies and also a magazine company. I then returned to Dublin where I became the graphic designer for a leading Irish fashion company where I worked for almost 2 years. I then came to Barcelona where I began working for a Saas company as part of the Marketing team.

I have mastered the Adobe Creative Suite. I'm really skilled in branding, marketing design, and editorial design—those are my main areas of focus. Although I haven't taught graphic design specifically, I have successfully taught English to kids before. That experience has given me the patience and skills necessary to be an effective teacher.
