Each session is adapted to the swimmer’s progress and specific needs. Drills and Technique Improvement: Emphasis on proper technique through various drills. I break down each stroke into components, focusing on body position, breathing, and efficient movement. Mental Preparation and Strategy: Beyond physical training, I incorporate mental conditioning and race strategies to enhance performance under competitive conditions. Feedback and Adjustments: Continuous feedback is provided to swimmers to help them understand and correct their form. I use video analysis for visual feedback when necessary.
