Bernard Lopez Stevenson. is a teacher and teacher trainer in the field of English Language Teaching with over 15 years of experience teaching children from elementary and private institutes as well as high school and university students. He has taught in Hong Kong, Spain, the US, South America and is currently living in Stockholm Sweden.
Experienced course designer as well as an Academic Consultant for multiple Bilingual Schools, Universities and Language Institutes in the coast of Colombia and Brazil. He has trained teachers and offered seminars worldwide sharing conferences with many well-known authors. Results-oriented and effective leader with proven ability to proactively identify and resolve problems, reverse negative attitude and motivate students to learn English as a second language using fun methods and applying technologies to get students involved in the learning process. Born in Paterson New Jersey holds a master degree in Linguistics, Delta certified by Cambridge University and postgraduate degree on Teachers Development; He recently obtained the e-tutoring certificate from the British Council and IB program Category 2, very interested in helping teachers harness the power of social media, web 2.0 tools and learning management systems such as Blackboard to help their students learn English.
