Hi there! I am writing to express my enthusiasm for the teaching opportunities available at your institution. I recently completed a Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) course in Barcelona, Spain, and bring with me three years of classroom experience as a primary school teacher in Australia. During this time, I have successfully conducted both one-on-one and group tutoring sessions, focusing on tailoring lessons to meet the diverse learning needs of my students. In addition to my teaching experience, I have also been involved in delivering sports programs in schools for the past eight years. This experience has given me a strong understanding of the importance of fostering a positive and engaging learning environment. My background in sports education has also provided me with valuable insights into the development of teamwork, discipline, and leadership skills among students. I have experience working with children, teenagers and adults.

The recent completion of my TEFL (through TEFL Iberia/Trinity College) certification has further enhanced my ability to teach English to non-native speakers. I am eager to apply these newly acquired skills in a classroom setting in Spain. I am particularly excited about the opportunity to work with students from diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds, helping them to achieve their language goals and build their confidence in English.
