Carolina Chacón

As an English teacher, I apply my language teaching expertise and translation skills to help students improve their communication and intercultural competencies. I have been working in this role for over years, and I enjoy creating engaging and innovative learning activities and materials for different levels and contexts. I am also a PhD student in Applied Linguistics at Universitat Rovira i Virgili, where I conduct research on language learning and teaching. I have a master's degree in professional translation and a bachelor's degree in English from the same university, and I have published an article on the use of subtitles in language education. I am passionate about exploring the connections between language, culture, and technology, and I aspire to contribute to the advancement of knowledge and practice in my field of expertise.
