My degree in theater has made it possible for me to be more personable as well as offer classes that are more focused on building a students comfort with the language allowing them to communicate more effectively in the language. I am very patient and believe learning a language comes down to confidence.

English can sometimes be a boring subject for children so I always try to find new and creative ways for grammar and speaking activities. My theater background and education help to make my classes not only fun, but more enjoyable for children as well as adults.

My classes tend to be more speaking heavy focusing on improving the student's intonation, pronunciation, vocabulary, and most importantly confidence. If you do not feel confident in your ability and your voice, you will not use it.

I have 8 years in non traditional education environment working in Chicago's Museum of Science and Industry. For the past 2 years, I have been a primary language assistant in Girona working with children 5-12 years old as well working at ABC Academy. I also had private lessons ranging from 8 years to 50 years of age.

I offered numerous adult classes focusing on reading comprehension and speech. Articles would be given the week prior and we would come together to discuss opinions on the topic, confusing grammar and vocabulary, and personal connections to the article.
