Hello! My name is Charity. I’m originally from Birmingham, UK, but about six years ago, I moved with my family to Barcelona, Spain. Learning Spanish and Catalan has been a challenging journey, so I understand the obstacles you might face when learning a new language. My goal is to create a safe, supportive environment where you feel comfortable making mistakes and can learn without fear of looking or feeling silly—because practice and mistakes are the keys to growth!

I specialize in coaching business professionals using the Vaughan method, focusing on conversational classes tailored to your needs. Whether you want to practice emails, meetings, presentations, or simply enjoy a natural conversation, I’ll make sure our lessons are both effective and engaging.

I have experience teaching both children and adults, but now I primarily focus on helping adults improve their English through conversational, tailored lessons. While my classes have structure, I emphasize a conversational approach to make learning feel natural and enjoyable. You’ll spend a lot of time speaking, which will help you improve your fluency quickly.

I design lessons based on your interests, whether they’re professional (like specific fields of work) or personal (like hobbies). For example, I’ve explored topics in true crime with students, drawing on my degree in Criminology to make our discussions engaging and relevant.
