Hello there! I have experience teaching English in Spain and teaching Spanish in the U.S.In the public school setting, my focus has mainly been teaching primary students, but I do have experience tutoring college-level adults as well. In the classroom, I like to design student-centered lessons to provide students with lots of opportunities to use the language. In other words, I like to keep a healthy balance of teacher-talk and student-talk. In terms of content, I can adjust to your needs/desires if you are currently enrolled in a class or feel that you're lacking in some area of the language. As I get to know you, I will design lessons that I think would benefit you based on what I've observed. I taught online during the pandemic and therefore know a wide variety of online learning tools, some of my favorites including Peardeck, Edpuzzle, and Gimkit. As someone who gets bored easily, I can assure you that our sessions will be filled with dynamic exercises that wiill hopefully make the learning experience memorable and worthwile.
