Cristina Durán Álvarez

Hi!

My name is Cristina, I am a Spanish native from Madrid, (Spain).
I started in 2010 as a private teacher for High School students.
Now with more than 10 years of experience teaching private Spanish classes, I have helped students from UK, USA and Europe.

I have lived in Durham, UK for 2 years and have obtained a Bachelor degree in Business Management by The Open University. Despite studying, I never stopped teaching Spanish and I have taught some local residents there. I was also the organiser of several English-Spanish language exchange groups.

Since April 2020 I work as self-employed teaching my mother tongue to adult learners.
My goal is to adapt to each of them helping to achieve their goals and purposes.

I teach Spanish for DELE exam preparation, Spanish for professional goals (Spanish for Business), grammar and vocabulary ... all this through 100% conversation classes totally adapted to the student's needs.
