Clases excelentes. Totalmente adaptadas a nuestras necesidades. Daoud no se ciñe a un guión sino que va mucho más allá cubriendo las necesidades de los participantes. Totalmente recomendable. Profesor con amplia experiencia, técnica, amabilidad y lo más importante... visión global y profunda.

A really helpful, hands-on course. Daoud is expert but patient. He's worked with some top UK documentary makers but understands where difficulties may be for the student. I knew a lot about film-making but needed a lot of help with the software and his explanations were clear and practical, working on a real project. I also thought it was great value for money. I would recommend his course whatever your level of experience.

Siendo biligue ingles-espanol, es tambien un plus pues posee una excelente cultura cinematografica universal. Comprensivo, muy humano, se adapta a cualquier tipo de horario. In working for 2,5 days realising a 3 minute-film i experienced Daoud as editor focused, determind, precise, versed, reliable, commited to the work, flexible as he created a world different from his visual preferences. His willingness to step back and let the work i envisioned to emerge as the creative process unfolded made the mutual work an inspiring experience and resultated in a satisfying film.

Es un genio de la edición, un escultor de la imagen y el sonido, siente el valor del tiempo, del ritmo. Es un artista sensible a tu material y siempre sugiere cómo mejorarlo y sacar lo mejor. Es paciente y te presenta opciones. Sus manos son como un pianista del teclado digital, y de inmediato puedes ver la transformación de tu material. He conocido muchos editores pero la mayoría son operadores. Daoud es un artista, un poeta que sabe cómo transmitir emociones a través del cine.

My experience with Daoud as editor has been excellent. He has an extraordinary ability to translate my conceptual ideas and film footage into the precise message and exact atmosphere that I intend to convey. Daoud has intricate technical attention to detail, patience and insight into the deeper levels of meaning that I feel are essential.

I highly recommend this course. I had no former experience (and am not tech savvy), but Daoud is not only an acclaimed filmmaker, but a good teacher. The course is very well-structured and clearly presented - and I surprised myself at what I produced.
