Darren Killick

I am a FREELANCE English Teacher, and impart English lessons in firms and companies around the Northwest of Madrid. I also teach from home in Collado Villalba, so does my fully bilingual wife and my UK native son.
My method is a combination of many, with one clear objective: I help you speak English once and for all!
My lessons are therefore mainly conversational, I totally adapt them to your specific needs, so I can help you achieve that objective in fluency. Through them, you will learn new vocabulary and most common idioms and expressions, you will perfect your audio skills and, in the end, you will be able to communicate in English effectively and with confidence.
I completely break from the traditional methods of learning English in Spain, which have clearly failed and frustrated many people in the past. With me, you will learn English as English should be learnt, in the same natural way I learnt it.
During my lessons you will be able to become more fluent. As time goes by and weeks pass, you will feel more confident, it will be like your ears have finally opened up to the most feared typical British accent. And that feeling will
surely motivate you to continue coming. I have a lot of different material to make our lessons fun, I use flashcards to practise the most boring grammar points in an interactive and productive way. My reward is to see you finally communicating in English in a natural way!
