Darwin Cardenas

I have been teaching Spanish for over 10 years to students from all over the world, from China to Germany, the United States and Korea, to school age groups between 15 and 16. I was born in Venezuela, duirng my life I have traveled to many places including Panama, Argentina, Costa Rica, Uruguay, England, the Canary Islands and now I am in Spain. In my travels I have learned that Spanish is a very rich language socioculturally speaking, with me you will learn all the possible variables, accents and different registers and you will be able to make yourself understood not only in Spain, but around the Spanish-speaking world.

Before being a language teacher, I worked asa diplomatic assistant, writing diplomatic letters and simultaneously translating English-Spanish and Spanish-English in meetings between governments. My basic career is International Studies, then I have dedicated myself to education, mainly for students of secondary school age and adults in in-company courses.

This experiences shaped my ability to know how to write communications at all levels, in an interconnected world like today, knowing how to write correctly is a necessary skill for others to take your ideas into account professionally and properly.

With my classes you will learn to speak and communicate in real situations. I teach functional Spanish, as you progress in your communication skills, you will also be interested in knowing a little more about the forms of language, its pronunciation and phonetics, how to speak, write and understand better.
