Dear Sir/Madam,
I have a BSc(Hons) degree, a PGCE teaching qualification which I have held since 2004 and taught in secondary schools and sixth form college, and I am qualified to teach English as I attained a Cambridge CELTA qualification in 2012.
I have approximately nine years experience of teaching English in academies in Valencia and Vila-real in Spain, covering Trinity and Cambridge exams, such as KET, PET, FCE and CAE teaching ages 6-16 and adults, and I have also taught private one-to-one examination preparation for adult students, such as school teachers, lecturers and business professionals and previously I was employed in the UK by PGL activity centres, where I held the post of Course Director having earlier that year successfully passed the British Council inspection.
Lately, I have been teaching English to young children and adults in an academy in Arnedo, La Rioja, ranging from A1 to C1, as well as company employees studying for Cambridge qualifications.
I was recently employed short-term by Berlitz teaching university students in Santander.
I enclose my curriculum vitae for your perusal, and I look forward to hearing from you soon.
Yours Sincerely,
David Starkey.
