Have experience in managing a team of 50 staff members which has enabled me to broaden my learning and development skills as well as using my coaching mindset to inspire & empower.

Classes will be held in a warm & welcoming environment to ensure the student is as comfortable as can be and ready to learn.
Combined with engaging & interactive activities to ensure no lesson is ever forgotten!

Regularly check in with my students to understand If they need help from me as well as scheduling time to reflect on how we can improve the individual's progression.

Creating a culture of recognition through celebrating the individual's success. For example by scheduling a weekly/ monthly recognition moments or any other initiative.
