My method as a teacher is to talk directly with the pupil, making sure he or she understands what I'm saying. I also explain the lessons over and over again until I see my pupil understood me. I don't like wasting my time or my pupil's time, so I always try to be doing something. My goal as a teacher is to see that my pupils pass their exams, even those who are not very good students.
