ENGLISH first - Spanish after! ;)
I am a Hungarian girl, recently moved to Seville after living in London for almost 5 years.
Before that I lived in Brazil and also some time in Italy, without knowing any of those languages properly!

I have been teaching English and Portuguese as a Second Language for almost 10 years now, and having gone through the process of learning both, I understand the insecurities YOU have when it comes to using a language that is not your mother tongue. This allows me to show you a perspective you will be able understand easily, to help you with a technique that I used myself.

- I KNOW how it is to be in a new place where you do not know anyone.
- I KNOW how it feels when everyone else is laughing at a joke except you.
- I KNOW how tiring it can be to think in English all the time.
- I KNOW how frustrating it is to find the right grammar, or to put that ’s’ at the end of the verb…it’s a pain in the neck sometimes!

I believe that we should never learn a language without a goal or a target, however small it may be.

It can be as small as being able to ask for directions on your holiday.
It can serve as a tool for you to progress in your career.
It can be a great link between you and your mother-in-law.
It can be an exam such as IELTS, Cambridge, Trinity etc.

Soy una chica húngara, recientemente me mudé a Sevilla después de vivir en Londres durante casi 5 años.
Antes de eso viví en Brasil y también en Italia, ¡sin saber ninguno de esos idiomas correctamente!

He enseñado inglés y portugués como segundo idioma durante casi 10 años, y después de haber pasado por el proceso de aprendizaje de ambos, entiendo las inseguridades que TU tienes cuando se trata de usar un idioma que no es tu lengua materna. Esto me permite mostrarte una perspectiva que podrás comprender fácilmente, para ayudarte con una técnica que utilicé.

-SÉ cómo es estar en un lugar nuevo donde no conoces a nadie.
-SÉ como te sientes cuando todos los demás se ríen de una broma, excepto tú.
-SÉ lo agotador que puede ser pensar en inglés todo el tiempo.
-SÉ lo frustrante que es encontrar la gramática correcta, o poner la 's' al final del verbo.

Creo que nunca deberíamos aprender un idioma sin una meta o un objetivo, por pequeño que sea.

Puede ser tan pequeño como poder pedir indicaciones durante tus vacaciones.
Puede servir como una herramienta para que progreses en tu carrera.
Puede ser un gran vínculo entre usted y su suegra.
Puede ser un examen como IELTS, Cambridge, Trinity, etc.
