¡Hola!
Soy Erin y vivo en Seattle, WA en EEUU. Me mudo a Granada hace un mes, y vivo en el centro, muy cerca de Cervantes y el parque.
Gané mi Masters in Teaching in 2013 de Seattle University.
Hello!!! My name is Erin and I am from Seattle Washington, in the USA. I just moved to Granada for a life change. I live near Cervantes and the park.
I have extensive experience working with all ages and abilities. Before attending graduate school, I taught English to Korean adults at Seattle Pacific University.
Since then, I have taught ages 5-18 in the United States, over the course of the past six years. I graduated from Seattle University in 2007 with a Bachelor's in Spanish and Anthropology. I traveled the world (I worked and volunteered in Argentina, Australia and Europe) and then returned to school for a Masters in Teaching in 2012. I earned my MIT in 2013 and have been teaching ever since. This past fall I earned my TEFOL from the UK and now am officially certified to teach English.
I have taught many students with disabilities, (mostly people on the spectrum), students from various backgrounds, and students that come from many different countries.
I love teaching children specifically. But am willing to teach anyone.
I am typically outgoing, I have a lot of energy, I am adventurous, a lover of humans, and a "life-long" learner. I am willing and would love to teach lessons around the city, to use the city as a resource to teach English, if the student and/or guardians of the student would allow.
I will be studying while living in Granada, but I will still have about 20 hours a week to teach! I am open to teaching all ages and abilities.
