Evelyn Goodchild

Hi! My name's evelyn and I'm from the UK where I’ve recently returned to having spent three years in Madrid teaching english to students of all levels and ages ranging from kids aged five to CEO’S. In Spain I also worked alongside a theatre company in order to encourage language learning for second language learners through games and interactive activities so I’m able to bring new, dynamic and fun ways of studying, carrying the idea that laughing is learning.

I’ve got experience teaching business and general english and can work on specific needs with and for my students by looking at grammar, pronunciation, intonation and ways of sounding fluent and natural like a native speaker. My first class with a student is about finding out their requirement. What is it they need or want? Are they working to a deadline for example an exam or an interview or even a holiday? From there we can begin work at really achieving those goals and making sure the process is one that we can both look forward to and enjoy.
