Hi!

My name is Gillian, and I am originally from the United States. I live in Madrid in order to teach English in a high school. I have a Bachelor's degree from the U.S. in Biochemistry, and therefore I have experience giving Biochemistry classes in addition to Spanish. I have been teaching here for one year, and I plan to stay for one year longer.

In my classes, I like to spend the time in a variety of ways to better the language learning process as a whole, including a mix of speaking about different topics, writing and listening exercises, and even playing games in order to make the classes more fun and entertaining. If more work in a specific area is needed, I provide you with a personalized homework assignment that challenges you. We can adapt the classes to your needs, in order to improve faster!

I give classes to all ages wanting to learn English, even though I work with teenagers in high school. I also am able to give classes at my home, if you are interested in that. I live in the center of Madrid. If you are interested, don't hesitate to contact me!

Me llamo Gillian, y soy de los EE.UU. Vivo en Madrid para enseñar inglés en un instituto. Tengo licenciatura de los EEUU en bioquímica, y por eso tengo experiencia dando clases de bioquímica además de español. He estado enseñando aquí durante el ultimo año, y me voy a quedar otro año más.
