Teniendo en cuenta el temario me guiaría para enfocar la mejora en la carencia en las partes en las que cada alumno tiene dificultades. Dividiendo las clases en cinco partes, (listening, grammar, use of english, speaking and phonetics) todas ellas en el idioma impartido.

First, I take into account the lesson that each student has to focus my lesson in the principal lacks and difficulties. I break up the lessons in five different sections( listening, grammar, use of english, speaking and phonetics) each of them in English.
