Hi, I'm Jennifer, a CELTA qualified English teacher from the UK with degree in English, an MA in Creative Writing and over 12 years of experience teaching. I have been told that I am a friendly and patient teacher - I understand that speaking another language is difficult as I have done it myself with Spanish and German.

My classes are immersive and designed to get you speaking English. We will chat about interesting topics that will allow you to grow confidence in your speaking skills, build your vocabulary and improve your fluency. I also do focused pronunciation lessons that will help you to speak with more clarity.

I provide interesting listening homework which will improve your listening skills using TED talks, for example.

I give classes in preparation for FCE, CAE, Proficiency, IELTS so if you have an exam coming up - I can help you design a study plan to achieve your goals.

I will focus the classes according to your specific needs whether they be pronunciation, conversational fluency, exam prep, job interview, travel, moving to the Uk etc.

Biography
After studying English language and literature in Manchester, I passed a CELTA course in teaching English to adults. That was 12 years ago now and since I have taught in various academies and language schools in Seoul, Berlin and Madrid. I just completed an MA in Creative Writing in Lancaster University - I love languages and am passionate about writing too.
