Jessy Fernández Reyes

Dear Group,
I am excited to apply to your learning process. I am thrilled with the opportunity to bring my experience as a teacher, volunteer and intern in some profit and nonprofit organizations, and I want to share my passion which is teaching and sharing knowledge.

As academic coordinator at Right to Protect, which is a nonprofit organization that works against violence, I had the role to review, design, and edit 32 surveys (91 pages), information documents about Anger Control (54 pages), and four presentations about domestic violence. Before that, I was the coordinator at Club y Taller de Lectura Ch’itisitos of Partners of the Americas. I was the leader of the program and I had the responsibility to manage and work with one hundred forty people, who were fifteen facilitators, fourteen volunteers, two professionals, one hundred seven children, Fundación Ayllu’s director, and Fudación Promesa’s director.

I consider myself a highly organized and efficient worker. I am a creative and innovative person who has participated in many educational projects through NGOs and other programs for the past six years. It is why I apply as a teacher so that I can be part of your team and grow professionally while at the same time contributing what I have learned through these years.
