I am a native English speaker, who has passed the highest levels of English in my own schooling. I have years of experience in teaching languages (English and Italian) and like to adapt my teaching style to meet the needs and comfort of my students, to assist them in learning to comprehend, read, and write in a way that is fun and memorable! Depending on the student, I like to use real-life teaching tools, such as news articles, games, films, music, casual conversation, pop culture, books, poetry, art, etc. The level of structure versus free-flow depends upon the preferences of my students, though I am skilled in both and am always open to questions and adjustments.
