Dear School team,

Thank you for taking the time to read my application letter. I am Joy Calabria, Former Headteacher at Chartwell International School Chile. I’ve worked and study all over the world, and most importantly ; teaching comes natural to me since I was a young girl, coming from a family of teachers. I believe and and teach using the fun learning style, with very successful outcome. As you will see on my resume ,I have a great academic background , and experience, with students from all levels. From the EYFS to adults. I keep adapting my teaching techniques and develops the best skills in order to improve everyday. Below you will find the latest challenge, we all had to face during these last 3 years. As a school developed the group online classes during mornings, and One on One dinting afternoons. We released for free , over 300 YouTube videos per teacher. And made these available to all kids around the world. The result of this free YouTube videos ,was not only a big rewarding feeling , but went from 1 small school , to what today we know as the Preschool, Primary and High School Chartwell Schools here in Chile.
