Karen Schoonewolff

I'm a Latin American teacher who studied Linguistic and Literature at Cartagena University (Colombia) who also has a Master degree in teaching Spanish from the Pontificia University of Salamanca (Spain). I have 13 years of teaching experience in Colombia. Teaching Spanish to foreign students is my passion I embrace the challenges and joys of teaching students who need passionate teachers. As a student teacher, my main goal is to make my students love Spanish and facilitate connections between current lessons and students' real life situations. I strive to provide students with a stimulating, challenging, and healthy learning environment that will allow them to become active participants in their learning experience. My lessons aim to engage students with dynamic activities that creates connections with the real world.
