Hi, I am a native English speaker from the green isle of Ireland, living and working in Spain!

Teaching Style
Student-centred - so we can have an initial chat about your English-learning goals and then I can build a lesson tailored specifically for you and your needs. I believe patience and understanding are the pillars for inspiring confidence in another, so I like to move at whatever pace you the student are comfortable with. Mistakes are our greatest teacher so I encourage engaging in conversation and doing, without fear of failure!

Teaching Experience
With both a TESOL and TEFL Level 5 degree, and over 2 years experience, I have taught in a number of language academies here in Spain (including in Barcelona and Seville), and I'm currently teaching full-time for International House: Academia Britannica, as well as providing online classes 1-to-1. As a native English speaker with a passion for teaching, I work both online and in-person, helping teens and adults ace exams and improve fluency up to C2 level.

- Cambridge Exam preparation (KEY, PET, FCE, CAE)
- Interview preparation
- Grammar and pronunciation

Estilo de Enseñanza
Centrado en el estudiante: podemos tener una charla inicial sobre tus metas de aprendizaje de inglés y luego puedo crear una clase específicamente adaptada para ti y tus necesidades. Creo que la paciencia y la comprensión son pilares para inspirar confianza en los demás, por lo que me gusta avanzar al ritmo con el que te sientas cómodo como estudiante. Los errores son nuestros mejores maestros, así que animo a participar en conversaciones y a actuar, ¡sin miedo al fracaso!

Experiencia en Enseñanza
Con un título TESOL y un grado TEFL Nivel 5, y más de 2 años de experiencia, he enseñado en varias academias de idiomas aquí en España (incluyendo en Barcelona y Sevilla), y actualmente estoy enseñando a tiempo completo para International House: Academia Britannica, además de ofrecer clases particulares en línea. Como hablante nativo de inglés con pasión por la enseñanza, trabajo tanto en línea como en persona, ayudando a adolescentes y adultos a aprobar exámenes y mejorar la fluidez hasta el nivel C2.
