Hello! My name is Kirsty. I am a 30 year old teacher living in Spain. Over the past five years I have been giving both classes in academies and online, and I have experience preparing my students for Cambridge exams such as PET First and Proficiency. I am a friendly and approachable teacher who loves to create conversation. Some of my other interests include: learning other languages, spending time outdoors and going to the gym. I find great satisfaction in helping others to achieve their goals, and I am always willing to adapt to individual needs and preferences. I am a native speaker of English, with a degree and a TEFL certificate, and I am fluent in Spanish. I specialise in giving a variety of classes aiming at different goals. My first year of teaching was full time in an academy in which I instructed conversation classes, with the majority being activity based kids classes, and a few classes per day with teens and adults. The following three years I worked in an academy focusing more on Cambridge exam preparation. As the conversation teacher, I practiced the grammar and new vocabulary with my students, creating interesting conversation as well as providing exam practice and tips. My online work experience began in 2021, and I have been gaining more experience since, with my own private classes for both exams preparation as well as with those desiring to have a friendly conversation, study an article, and to learn a few new expressions!
