Enabling children to grasp the foundational knowledge and skills that they will use for the rest of their lives is a wonderful gift. Good education is, in my belief, the single most important thing we can impart to the younger generation. I am motivated to equip young minds to learn more about the academic world, introducing them to English, Mathematics and other subjects such as Art and Craft. Equally important to convey are life skills including treating others with respect, working in teams and learning how to be fit and healthy.
-Through my teaching experience thus far I have found that method of facilitating rather than dictating to be highly beneficial style of teaching. I have learnt that if students construct their own learning experience they will not only retain information longer, but they will also become more confident in their abilities.
My experience working in varied environment has enabled me to develop a range of practical skills. I have also received an honorarium from Chairman for my contribution in making ‘LEARN BY FUN’ books. I can manage challenging behaviour effectively, conduct activities safely and communicate with people from diverse backgrounds.
