I have learnt English naturally by forcing myself to just use it when reading anything on the internet and speaking with friends. With a similar method I'm sure I can make anyone learn English if you're really interested to do so. We can just pick up a fun topic and rule with it directly from the beginning and you can still ask any questions in Spanish, but is good to remember that the least Spanish we use the better.
