Before starting, I always meet with each student to assess his or her needs, understand his or her learning style, and set goals to work towards during the classes. My personal style involves mixing multiple learning methodologies through activities involving art, conversation, reading, and videos for example, with speaking always as the main focus. I strive to make my classes very personalized by incorporating the hobbies or interests of each student, which proves to be more effective and engaging. I always promote a judgment-free, positive, and growth-mindset environment for my students. I have about 8 years of experience tutoring students in various subjects like English, natural sciences, Spanish, and college prep for applying to universities in the United States. Starting in September 2023, I will have openings for students ages 3 and older, adults included. I look forward to meeting you! :)
