I have been living in Spain since 2019. I came here as an auxiliar de conversaciones working in a bilingual public school and decided to stay. Since then I have gained a lot of experience and obtained the TESOL certificate from Trinity college.

I have provided tutoring with individuals, small groups, kids and adults. Also, as mentioned, I worked in various public school as well as academies. In the summer I normally do speaking classes with kids . We can go to the pool, beach, ride bikes, or play games in the house while giving parents a few hours to themselves.

I offer online classes as well and preperation for Trinity or Cambridge exams.

My approach is a bit different than others I think. I like to joke around and play games but I do a bit of grammer too during the academic year. I try to speak as normally as possible with my students so that they learn how to speak fluently and in a casual way but I do use lots of gesturses and slower speech when needed. I like to provide documents, accessible online, for students which is tailored to them and shows what we have talked about. These documents usually include vocabulary, phrases, and information that was discussed in the lesson that the student can refer to whenever they want.
But, of course, the classes can be organized however you want. They can be more formal or they can be informal. It is whatever makes you more comfortable and what helps you learn.
