My teaching philosophy is based on constructive and nurturing learning principles. I have observed through my role models and my experience teaching, that gradually building and developing the knowledge, skills, and confidence, of the student achieves the best outcomes. This is most effectively achieved by:
a) Understanding the current level of knowledge and skills of the students.
b) Identifying the required new material to achieve the intended outcome of the course.
c) Application of the new material into practice in order to modify the existing mental model according to newly obtained information.

Therefore an essential requirement is to adapt how you teach to the student’s identity and background; the teaching style has to be adapted to the audience.
