As an educator I believe that being flexible is crucial as if I see that some source or material doesn’t align with the student’s goals,I should change and adapt to the student’s needs, that’s why being friends and understanding their ultimate goals is a top priority for me.

The journey of learning English is like starting a gym training.You can’t see the result in one day but if you work constantly every day at the end of the month or week you will see that you have improved a bit.Any aim can be split into steps,steps become habits and habits create the future you want.
My advice is to always go ahead and try until you get it. any new step is a new development;)

I know Lusine only 2 months, but I can say, that her instructional methods are quite effective. Due to her professional and personal skills she creates friendly environment which is the fundament of successful effective and engaging teaching. Even after this short period I feel myself more confident in my daily communication!

Lusine is the best teacher ever! She is a good listener and always provides interesting classes and themes. She is willing to adjust classes based on the person's interests. Moreover, she always cheers me up, and I feel better after her classes. Lusine is also very encouraging and supportive.I've been taking classes with her for more than a year, and I plan to continue!
