Additional experience I recently completed an intensive training program focused on teaching B1 and B2 level of English for all.

My skills and experience encompass a comprehensive understanding of TEFL theories and methodologies, demonstrated through the completion of 200 training hours, the creation and delivery of six lesson plans with accompanying post-lesson comments, and six hours of practical teaching experience with non-English speakers. I possess the ability to analyze individual student learning needs, develop tailored one-to-one and extended teaching plans, and deliver constructive feedback. My expertise further extends to materials preparation, lesson planning, evaluation, monitoring, and assessment, along with a strong grasp of motivation theory and its practical application.
