My name is David, I am a native English TESOL certified teacher with more than 11 years of experience in group and private classes and over 500 interesting conversation topics to motivate speaking.
An expert in interview preparations, summer classes, business English and also small groups. I have worked in several English academies and for companies. My passion for teaching and ability to understand why the Spanish English learners make similar errors has helped me achieve 95 percent success in standard examinations such as PET, FCE, CAE, PCE, EBAU, TOEIC, SLP 1-4, STANAG, ETC even at a minimum notice , but intensive lessons. Achieving this comes with the understanding of the needs of a student and teaching skills which includes learning assessments , Tests and assignment evaluation, positive reinforcement methods, students centred learning, active participation, group learning mechanics and classroom management techniques. Helping students eliminate the fear of speaking by encouraging creative thinking and motivated them by addressing individual strengths and weaknesses. Every student in a class has their personal needs and it becomes necessary to address this by incorporating multiple types of teaching strategies into classrooms and this has helped in the promotion of the physical, mental and social development using classroom games and activities. Can also design dynamic lesson plans based on students interest and needs. Develop teaching materials to supplement standard curriculum when necessary, enhancing learning concepts and promoting student engagement, evaluate students progress to offer recommendations for further development. My classes involves what I call the " must four" speaking, reading, writing and listening .
