Enseñó español a extranjeros

I´m a native Spanish teacher based in Madrid. I'm from Colombia, so I speak Latin American Spanish. However, I´m also knowledgeable about ´Castellano´(Spanish from Spain) since I have lived here for over 5 years whilst doing my Msc and PhD.

Using a communicative approach, I teach one-to-one and group classes focusing on developing the four language skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing) and language systems (grammar, vocabulary and pronunciation). I have undertaken formal training in teaching Spanish as a foreign language, and have taught language learners from A1 - B2 on the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).

I´m a dedicated teacher who believes that learning a language should be fun!

My hourly rate depends on the size of the class and travelling time (if the class is at my place, the hourly rate decreases).
