I am a certified TEFL teacher with a Bachelor in Arts, mayor in European History from the University of Puerto Rico. I am fully bilingual. I am in Spain on a one-year student visa. I’m interested in working with adults in general and business English. I have a. I am also a licensed attorney, authorized to practice law in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the United States District Court for the District of Puerto Rico and the United States Court of Appeals, First District Court. I have extensive litigation experience at both at the trial and appellate levels, in both state and federal courts in Puerto Rico. For the past fifteen years, experience as general counsel for various local corporations. Broad knowledge of various areas of the law, including Contract Law, Corporate Law, Commercial Law, Construction Law, Administrative Law, Torts, Insurance, Payment and Performance Bonds, and Notary Practice. Experienced in drafting legal briefs, as well as contracts. Furthermore, during 2018 I was part time professor at the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico in the Criminal Justice Department. Due to the above-mentioned experience, I am well suited to work in businesses. Experienced teaching adults in person, one on one and on line courses for adults, business and YLE.
