Hola, mi nombre es MariaPaz y, aunque me críe bilingüe, mi acento es británico (de Londres) ya que he pasado mi vida adulta desde los 14 años en el Reino Unido. El trabajo de mi padre nos llevó desde mi ciudad natal, Madrid, a Nueva York cuando tenía 3 años, luego a Alemania cuando tenía 12 años y finalmente a Inglaterra dos años más tarde. En Inglaterra viví principalmente en diferentes partes de Londres, Kent (estudié en Maidstone) y Sussex (viví en Brighton durante 5 años y actualmente es mi segunda casa).
He estado enseñando de manera intermitente durante 7 años y también tengo un negocio de fotografía. Fui intérprete de servicios públicos en Londres durante 9 años (registrada en el NRPSI - Registro Nacional de Intérpretes de Servicio Público) especializada en los campos salud y lo judicial.
Tengo experiencia de enseñar todas las edades desde infancia hasta adultos, habiendo trabajado en guarderías, escuelas primarias y secundarias. También fui profesora de intérpretes en el Instituto de Londres del Noroeste (College of Northwest London). Tengo fluidez en el inglés de negocios ya que he tenido mis propios negocios en el Reino Unido.
Tengo un ojo para los detalles por lo cual reconozco inmediatamente el uso incorrecto de la gramática y la ortografía, pero no te preocupes, ¡te guiaré cuidadosamente a través de la corrección con pasión y entusiasmo!
Me encanta compartir mi amor por los idiomas, temas de salud, conversación, arte, fotografía y música y me gusta escuchar por lo cual también he servido en el sector voluntario en la comunidad local (en Londres). Soy muy comprometida con mi trabajo, leal y fiable. ¡Espero oír de ti!

Hi, My name is MariaPaz and, though I grew up bi-lingual, my accent is British (from London) as I´ve spent my adult life from age 14 in the UK. My father´s job took us from my birthplace, Madrid, to New York when I was 3, then to Germany when I was 12 and finally to England 2 years later. In England I lived mainly in different parts of London, Kent (I studied in Maidstone) and Sussex (lived in Brighton for 5 years and it is currently my second home).
I have taught on and off for 7 years and I also have a photography business. I was a public service interpreter in London for 9 years (registered with the NRPSI –National Register of Public Service Interpreters) specializing in medical and legal fields.
I can teach from toddler to adults, having worked in nursery, primary and secondary schools. I also taught interpreting skills at the College of Northwest London and I am fluent in business English having run my own businesses in the UK.
I have an eye for detail so will pick up incorrect use of grammar and spelling very quickly, but don´t worry, I will carefully guide you through correction with passion and enthusiasm!
I love sharing my love for languages, health issues, conversation, art, photography and music with others and am a great listener having done a lot of voluntary work among the local community (in London).
