My background in psychology and engineering has enabled me to connect and communicate effectively with people in professional environments. At the same time, I have been responsible for building, motivating, and developing optimally well-trained teams, implementing a wide range of processes and systems with an approach based on diversity, inclusion, empathy and efficiency.

Having worked as a teacher and psychologist, and later gained a degree abroad, I have been focused on people performance using a variety of management methodologies.
